Last Month we showed a sneak preview of our new and exceptional Fascinators and Occasion hats that are now available to order and are already a popular purchase. But there is plenty more new stock which has just arrived and is available to order now. New and exclusive for the Spring/Summer 2015 season we have greatly increased our range of Sun Hats in particular our straw hats including the exquisite ribbon and bow accentuated S209 and the colourful short brim crushable hat S202. All of our new straw hats would be well suited for those looking for style with practicality. They would also be suitable for any trendy summer outfits and could be worn on holidays or simply for everyday use.
We are also pleased to be extending our Baseball caps and snapback caps for the new season. With a wide range of colourful designs including plain, camouflage and novelty hats, we have a baseball cap to suit any event or occasion.
While Sunshine and showers are always welcome, rainy weather is somewhat inevitable at this time of year and we have such an occasion covered with our new quirky Children’s duck umbrella (U12) and functional wind proof umbrellas (U16 BK/NY).
Children are also catered for with new additions to the children’s collection this season including everything from bush hats such as the sublime Babies Turtle print bush hat (B90) to the exceptional Girls wide brim Butterfly hat (C29) and the quirky Babies novelty sun hat (B88).
Further to all this we have also increased our country range with the already popular Unisex patchwork hat (H88) and our fabulous new Fedoras (A349 and A350) arriving very soon with their mix of sophistication and durability. All of this, along with the restocking of our most popular lines means that there is a wide range of styles and high quality materials available for your customers varying needs.

Moda in Birmingham was our final trade show event for this current season, a period which has seen us travel to such destinations as Exeter, Birmingham, London, Dublin and even Frankfurt. Once again we were able to set up large stands and giving us plenty of space to showcase our dazzling new range of hats in the Spring/Summer 2015 range. Our attendance at both Showcase Ireland and the phenomenal Ambiente in Frankfurt has also meant that we have expanded our European customer base and operation significantly.
Thankfully this dedication and hard work has paid off, resulting in both increased numbers of customers and order sizes for the coming season. Some of our most popular ranges from our customer orders include a wide variety of straw hats such as the Unisex straw fedora (S216) and the straw fedora with 3 assorted bands (S102). Our new straw hats were also popular, with orders placed on wide brim packable hats such as S203, S204 and S208, styles that are stylish and practical for the warm weather in the spring/summer season.
Elsewhere customers bought our wonderful new sun hat arrivals such as the Ladies lightweight floral print sun hat (A355) which is available now and the reversible floral print sun hat (A353). Also highly sought-after were our ‘NY design’ snapbacks, A347 and A343 which are ideal for urban wear and items from our Children’s collection such as the Boys safari bush hats (B50) and Babies spotty trim bush/legionnaire hats (B87).
SSP hats would like to offer a huge thank you to all those who came to see us in attendance, offered feedback on our products and placed orders. The new Spring/Summer season is arriving very soon and with it comes entirely new trends and styles that your customers will no doubt be looking for in the coming months. Baseball caps are still a firm favourite during this time of season, in particular with men and children. This is with them being both well-known and having an ability to coordinate well with a variety of outfits. Our range covers this trend from playful novelty caps to plain caps in bright or neutral colours. Customers wishing for a trendier option would need to look no further than our new and existing Snapbacks which blend fashionable designs with bright and bold colours to instantly make a statement.
Prominent around the Catwalks and fashion shows this season are straw hats which will be essential for any holidays or for when the warm weather arrives. For children we have wide brim straw hats which feature attractive bands that will appeal to younger minds. Both men and women are catered for with our straw fedoras and trilby’s that are of a high standard and will provide style and sophistication for the upcoming season. Lightweight scarves are also considered to be a prominent choice this season along with visors which are a practical choice for a customer wanting protection from those potentially strong summer rays.
For Spring/Summer 2015 most popular trend right now however is bucket hats, in particular those with short brims or wide brims that feature botanical/floral design prints. Currently we have a great range of bucket hats which fit this criteria in our current sun hats collection for both women and girls. Bucket hats such as our lightweight floral sun hat with wide brim (A355) and pretty floral sun hat with rose detail (B17) will be very much in style this season and will undoubtedly be big sellers wherever you are.
